2015 Farmers Market Conference

VAFMA is pleased to host the third annual Virginia Farmers Market Conference to help meet the needs of Virginia’s farmers markets and market managers to be held Wednesday & Thursday, November 18 & 19, 2015.

This year’s conference takes place in Lynchburg, VA and will feature two fun-filled days of networking, workshops, motivational speakers, and so much more! This year offers several breakout sessions designed for market managers of all experience levels. There is a Market Management 101, an Advanced Market Manager session, and additional workshops designed to address your specific needs, such as marketing, vendor retention, food safety, and EBT/SNAP training! Each workshop addresses information attendees found helpful at the prior year’s conference, while providing up-to-date information on timely topics related to farmers market management and fresh food access.
